Survival Option Services, LLC. Registration Policy

In order to operate in a manner conducive to all parties involved, Survival Option Services, LLC. has adopted the following registration policy:

All professionals wishing to register for a scheduled course "must" contact Survival Option Services, LLC. by completing the "REGISTRATION" page.

Once Survival Option Services, LLC. has received a request and verified the end user, a "Complete Registration Packet" will be forwarded via email or regular mail to the requesting party. Completed registration forms and payment "must" be received by Survival Option Services, LLC. within 30 (thirty) days prior to the course start date. It is our goal to accommodate our professionals wishing to attend as much as possible; therefore, all late registrations and payments will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Commitments by email only, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Survival Option Services, LLC. Cancellation & Refund Policy

In order to operate in a manner conducive to all parties involved, Survival Option Services, LLC. has adopted the following cancellation/refund policy:

Cancellations made more than 30 (thirty) days prior to a scheduled course start date will result in a FULL refund of the course tuition. Any cancellation made within 15 (fifteen) to 30 (thirty) days of a scheduled course start date, will result in a refund of 50% of the course tuition. Cancellations made within 14 (fourteen) days or less from a course start date will result in the tuition being forfeited. All cancellations "must" be in writing.

Survival Option Services, LLC. realizes that emergent circumstances can arise preventing a registered professional from attending a course. If such circumstances should arise, tuition can be transferred to other scheduled courses if notification is made within a timely manner. Each cancellation will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Survival Option Services, LLC. reserves the right to cancel any course up to 30 (thirty) days prior to the scheduled start date. All course fees will be refunded should this occur. Survival Option Services, LLC. recommends that no travel arrangements be made 30 (thirty) days prior to the scheduled start date of the course.
